By-Law Vote on Fencing
Pleased to announce that the recent by-law vote, now allows residents to keep the manufactured fencing. Our current Rules & Regulations will be updated. However, in the interim please follow the draft rule for fencing.
Draft Rules & Regulations Update:
* Fencing is allowed as long as it is easily removable, temporary, and manufactured in sections no greater than 36″ high by 48″ wide each, and held upright by removable pegs/stakes. No fence posts may be used. Permanent or semi-permanent fencing is not allowed. Must be adjacent to the house – deer fencing can only constitute 3 sides of the enclosed garden. Should also have hardscape and movable edging to protect the garden from lawn edging equipment. The owner is responsible for removing and re-erecting the fence as needed for maintenance.
Budget Meeting Rescheduled

Steve Berwanger’s Funeral Service Details
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved Board of Trustees President, Steve Berwanger.
His funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home.
First viewing will be from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Second viewing will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
