Crestwood Village V is a 55+ age restricted community of 1, 113 single level homes located on 260 acres in the beautiful Pine Barrens of Whiting, NJ. There are 13 different models of homes ranging from 620 to 1409 square feet of living space. This well established community was started in 1977 and these “fee simple” resale homes are part of one of the more affordable communities in Ocean County, NJ. Homeowners pay their taxes and water/sewer bills directly to Manchester Township.
The Association is governed by a 7 member Board of Trustees made up of duly elected resident members. Crestwood Village V employs a Property Administrator and staff that handles the day to day operations of the community.
Our low monthly maintenance fees cover seasonal lawn mowing and snow plowing, garbage removal, bus service, repair/replacement of your home’s roof and more. The Association also employs a two man maintenance crew for those minor repairs around your home.
