Pleased to announce that the recent by-law vote, now allows residents to keep the manufactured fencing. Our current Rules & Regulations will be updated. However, in the interim please follow the draft rule for fencing.
Draft Rules & Regulations Update:
- Fencing is allowed as long as it is easily removable and temporary. Manufactured fencing can be installed in sections no greater than 36″ high by 48″ wide each, and held upright by removable pegs/stakes(available at local home improvement stores). No fence posts may be used.
- Fencing is allowed around the perimeter/edge of the patio. No additional area between patio and fencing is allowed.
- Permanent or semi-permanent fencing is not allowed.
- Fencing is not to be used to create a dog run. Dog runs are not allowed.
- Fencing must be adjacent to the house and should be placed on the inside of the sidewalk & fencing can only constitute 3 sides of the enclosed garden.
- Fencing is not to be used to create border fencing to outline their property or fence off property from “Common areas”. Properties are meant to be open space.
- Residents should also have hardscape and/or movable edging to protect their garden from lawn edging equipment.
- The owner is responsible for removing and re-erecting the fence as needed for maintenance.
