The Trustee Election will be held on September 8th from 9 AM to 6 PM. All those wishing to vote via absentee ballot please try to have it mailed back to arrive by September 8th at PO Box B, Whiting NJ 08759, however we will accept any absentee ballot if it is postmarked on or before September 8th. Please make sure the absentee ballot is put inside the plain white envelope and placed inside the self-addressed envelope to be mailed in. Absentee ballots may also be dropped off to the clubhouse and placed inside the locked ballot box located on top of the table when you enter the building. Reminder: All those assigned as proxies please make sure the proxy is notarized, and the assigned individual voting comes to the clubhouse on the day of the election to vote. Also, all letters have been sent out to owners that need to be current with balances due. Failure to do so will cause ineligibility for that owner to vote. The election committee wishes all those well that are nominated and running for the trustee position. It is possible that results will not be announced until the postmarked absentee ballots come in to the committee.
The election Committee would also like to state that we are separated from the by-law voting process and we are not responsible for any of the voting tabulations and receiving by-law ballots.
