Welcome to Crestwood Village Five
Crestwood Village V offers residents many opportunities to be active and involved. There are clubs to participate in, weekly bingo, monthly dances to enjoy, trips local and afar, aerobics, line dancing, bocce, etc. The Association is conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, banks, health providers, local parks & recreation areas and cultural attractions. The “Jersey Shore” is less than 30 minutes from your door. Do you like baseball? First Energy Park, the home of the Lakewood Blueclaws, a Phillies minor league team, is just 15 miles away. Equidistant from New York City and Philadelphia and Atlantic City is just an hour away. So, whether you are looking to keep “on the go” or to enjoy quiet relaxation, there is something for everyone.

Water & Sewer Line Responsibilities
The CV5 Association is not responsible for water & sewer lines.
Manchester Township is only responsible for the water & sewer lines in the street.
Homeowners are responsible from the street into your house. Homeowners in multiple units are responsible individually for breaks after the split, jointly for breaks between the street and the split.
Since our village is almost 50 years old these lines are aging. Leaks & breaks are becoming more frequent. We’ve heard of losses due to water line breaks costing $1,500 – $6,000+. We suggest homeowners acquire insurance to protect themselves against such loss. While we can’t recommend any company, we know of two companies that provide coverage in our area:
Home Serv 1-877-444-7730 (call as website says they don’t cover this area, but they do)
American Water Resources 1-855-800-5195 https://www.awrusa.com
Check your homeowner’s insurance policy first as you may already be covered, especially if yours is a stand-alone unit.
